Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days . Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping – Lebanon Orders within Lebanon are shipped via Aramex and typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping We ship internationally to 28 countries via Aramex Standard service. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Middle East & GCC: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–21 business days

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Aramex tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the Aramex website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Areas We Do Not Serve We currently do not ship to countries or regions not listed in our international shipping zone. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at info@alamautotrade.com before placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@alamautotrade.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with Aramex to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
